perfect base for exploring art and history while relaxing by the sea
We had an amazing time celebrating our birthdays here, and the warm staff made us feel like family every day, especially Molina at breakfast who ensured our mornings started off perfectly. This resort is conveniently located close to the Hurricane Monument, which is just a short 2 km stroll away, and the Michelle Nicole Lowe Art Gallery, less than 2.5 km away, making it easy to explore the local culture and sights. The only downside was the cleanliness of the facilities, but everything else made for an unforgettable stay.

My family spent three nights in a Two-Bedroom Suite, and we really enjoyed the beach access and the pool area. The gradual entry into the pool made it easy for the kids to play and swim comfortably. Having a kitchenette was helpful for quick meals, but it was frustrating that we received only two plates for seven people. The kids found the sofa bed uncomfortable, so I wish it had better mattresses. Service was good. staff were friendly and available for questions. However, check-in took longer than expected, and our room wasn’t ready on arrival. It was a bit annoying having to wait after a long drive. The room itself could have used a more thorough cleaning, especially the floors, which were a bit dirty. It was our first trip to the Keys, and we enjoyed the vibrating atmosphere and the activities available nearby. Despite the hiccups, my family had a nice time overall.

It was just an ideal choice for a short layover in Islamorada with attractive and competitive value for money. The oceanfront room had a lovely view, but the bathroom was less than ideal with a broken seat. Make sure you check if housekeeping is covered in your stay.
